Fried Chicken. You will love this chicken!

What you need:

  • 4 pounds chicken pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 3 cups vegetable oil
  • Sea salt

Steps:

Rinse chicken; pat dry and then set aside.

Mix milk and eggs in a bowl; whisk to blend well.

In a gallon sized heavy-duty resealable plastic food bag, combine the flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Dunk a chicken piece in the milk mixture and drip excess into bowl. Place two chicken pieces in the food storage bag and shake to coat. Remove to a plate and repeat steps with remaining chicken pieces.

Heat oil to 325°. Fry chicken, a few pieces at a time, for 10 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Chicken breasts will take a little less time than other pieces. Pierce with fork to see if juices run clear to check if chicken is cooked thoroughly. With tongs or slotted spoon, move to paper towels to drain.

Eat and take a nap.
