Need to lose weight? Try the MW3 diet plan.

  1. Eat one reasonable helping?
  2. Eat a salad with many meals as possible.
  3. You can have that treat – limit size and number. Example: one small piece of cake is fine. Live a little you sissy.
  4. Be outside as much as possible. Repeat, be outside as much as possible.
