Have Fun!

Have fun. Originally this was going to be a sub-category of Get Active and Get Outside but it is too important to be just a sub-category. Have fun! Be a kid, look to laugh, and look to have some adventures and you’ll have some great stories to tell Monday morning. Everyone has their things they love to do and excite them. It is important for your health, not just mental but physical, to start having fun.     
    During a week you should have at least one thing you do that can be classified as just pure fun. The goal should be something fun every day but since most adults feel guilty if they have fun, take it slow and work your way up to it – seriously. While acting like an irresponsible teen is out of the question there shouldn’t be any reason why you can’t revitalize some of that approach to fit your adult life. Put together a 3 on 3 basketball team, put together an AC/DC tribute band, or do ___________.  Don’t underestimate this! And sorry TV doesn’t count.
